Tour Overview

The tour is an exquisite opportunity to show you the historical center of Zanzibar City. You will walk to Stone Town, a unique meeting place for blending African, Indian, Arabian, and European Cultures. Stone Town has much to offer you, from the Forodhani garden markets, Old Slave market, and the Cathedral of Christ Church to Sultan's Palace/Beit al-Sahel. This tour will also take you to the pearly beaches in Zanzibar. It is a 4-day program with three nights at Hotel Verde in Stone Town.

Day by Day

Day 1: Arrival

Upon arrival at Zanzibar airport, please go through the security checkpoint, and officials at the counter will check the required documents to verify your identity. You must have a valid passport, visa, and covid test certificate. After verification, you will take the luggage and go to the exit door, where you will find a Kojuu Safaris representative with a signboard that reads “Karibu Tanzania” and your name on it. He will greet you, take your luggage to our transfer vehicle, and transfer you to Stone Town Hotel for relaxation, dinner, and overnight.

Accommodation: Overnight at Hotel Verde Zanzibar on half board basis

Day 2: Stone Town and City Tour

Breakfast, picked up by Kojuu Safaris representative for a city tour. This tour takes you to different historical sites of the ancient Arabic city in East Africa. The guide will introduce you to the history of the East African Coast. You will start by visiting the former slave market site, then heading to a market where you can see fish, and your guide will identify various kinds of them. You will visit the famous house of notorious slave trader Ahmed bin TipuTipu before continuing to the Arab Fort built by Omani Arabs three hundred years ago. As the afternoon ends, you will return to the Hotel for relaxation, dinner, and overnight.

Day 3: North Coast

After breakfast at your hotel, your guide will pick you up and drive to your beach hotel to kick back and enjoy the pearly beaches. Upon arrival, the guide will show you your room; you can go out by the ocean or pool area to relax and rejuvenate

Accommodation: Overnight at The Z Hotel Zanzibar on half board basis

Day 4: North Coast

Breakfast, head out to the brilliant white beach to swim. You will immerse yourself in a heartwarming turquoise-blue Indian Ocean, which will take your breath away. You will continue to enjoy by the beach and later return to the room to freshen up before going to the main area for a delicious three-course meal.

Accommodation: Overnight at The Z Hotel Zanzibar on half board basis

Day 5: Departure Day

Breakfast, relax at the hotel pool till afternoon, where you will have lunch. Later, you will be transferred to Zanzibar Airport for your onward flight.
